This class is for the more experienced dancer who has excelled in their years of ballet classes. Proper turnout, technique and strength is crucial for the students to safely practice pointe technique and barre work. It is recommended that students take time at home to practice. In class, we will expand and reiterate alignment and posture as well as developing strength in the dancer's feet, lower body and core.
