1 Hour Per Week




A combination of gymnastics and dance. Cartwheels, back walkovers, to back handsprings and tucks are just a few of the fun tricks the students will be able to learn and perform. A main focus is strength and conditioning training during warm up exercises. We practice the fundamentals needed to properly perform various stunts and tricks. All acro classes are sure to wow the crowd with a show stopping routine at the annual recital.
